做法
1. | 將所有材料放進小鍋裡用中火煮到糖完全融化,要不停攪動。 |
2. | 將醋煮滾後開轉成小火繼續煮到醬汁剩下一半,大約20分鐘。 |
3. | 醬汁冷卻後裝瓶放進冰箱保存。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Place all the ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved, stir consistently. |
2. | Bring the mixture to a boil. Turn the heat to low then continue to cook until the glaze is reduced by half, approx. 20 minutes. |
3. | Let the glaze cool down. Bottle and store it in the fridge. |
