濃縮義大利醋 Balsamic Vinegar Glaze

材料 Ingredients
義大利黑醋 Balsamic Vinegar 1 杯 cup
紅糖 Brown sugar2 大匙 Tbs
蜂蜜 Honey 2 大匙 Tbs
濃縮義大利醋圖片


做法
1.將所有材料放進小鍋裡用中火煮到糖完全融化,要不停攪動。
2.將醋煮滾後開轉成小火繼續煮到醬汁剩下一半,大約20分鐘。
3.醬汁冷卻後裝瓶放進冰箱保存。



PROCEDURE
1.Place all the ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved, stir consistently.
2.Bring the mixture to a boil. Turn the heat to low then continue to cook until the glaze is reduced by half, approx. 20 minutes.
3.Let the glaze cool down. Bottle and store it in the fridge.
